Anthony is a seasoned construction professional with over 18 years of hands-on experience spanning project and site management across Singapore’s built environment sector  . Beginning his career as in 2007, he progressed through supervisory and site-based roles before moving into senior leadership roles. He has led and delivered major infrastructure and civil works projects for reputable clients, demonstrating strong command over large-scale developments including airport infrastructure, healthcare campuses, sewer works, and mixed-use projects.

 

Anthony’s core strengths lie in strategic project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and quality control. He is highly adept at navigating authority approvals, managing variations and progress claims, mitigating time-loss risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Backed by a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) and multiple professional certifications, he combines technical depth with management capability consistently driving structured execution, productivity enhancement, and successful project delivery.
