Spatial Designer, Senior Executive

Singapore

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

To prepare technical drawings/shop drawings
To assist and prepare PE and BCA drawings for submission
Oversee design works
Coordinate and lead designers
Establish 3D Renderings
Coordinate/liaise with other departments to gather all information to expedite drawing requirements
To prepare 3D presentations

Requirements:

Knowledge of Autocad
Knowledge of Sketchup
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Singaporean Citizen Or Permanent Resident (PR)

Outcome:

Creating architectural-based drawings
Providing enough information in the required drawings
Familiarity with workflow between departments

Project Manager

Singapore

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position will based in Singapore and contributes to a multitude of sales activities to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversees and manages construction progress to timely completion
Manages and plan all aspects of coordination works scheduling and technical coordination of all construction works for the project with all government agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders
Work closely with client and consultants for effective resolution of project matters and management of Client / Consultant’s expectation
Ensure sub-contractor’s quality of works are in line with the company’s standards and requirement, compliances with authority requirements
Ensure all work practices comply with Singapore and site/company safety standards requirement
Supervise the daily site activities and monitor the progress of construction and report directly to the Project Manager
Resolve all issues relating to technical and construction works
Manage and monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion of the project
Plan and manage all aspects of the project, including coordination, scheduling and technical coordination works for all off-site and on-site fabrication and construction of structures

Requirements:

Singaporean Citizen Or Permanent Resident (PR)
Minimum 5 years experience
Able to perform under pressure

Reporting to the group Executive Director, this position will based in Saudi Arabia and contributes to a multitude of sales activities to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop potential sales leads and businesses
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach revenue goals..
Identify target clients and adjust sales approaches to meet their needs.
Lead and support the sales team, encouraging collaboration and success.
Maintain strong client relationships,.
Analyze sales performance and provide reports for strategic decision-making.
