Project Manager

Location : Singapore
Reporting to the Director.
​
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across all project stages

  • Develop and manage project schedules, method statements, and work programmes

  • Control project costs, variations, and procurement to maintain financial performance

  • Oversee site execution to ensure workmanship, productivity, and compliance with drawings and specifications

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and stakeholders

  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays or disputes

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company procedures

  • Chair site meetings and prepare progress reports, documentation, and handover records

  • Take full ownership of project outcomes, driving accountability and timely decision-making

Interior Designer

Location : Singapore
Reporting to the Director.
​
Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce visually captivating graphics for spatial and exhibition design projects.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3D designers, and owners/project managers, to integrate graphic elements seamlessly into overall spatial designs.

  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to ensure the alignment of graphics with the project’s narrative and objectives.

  • Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and printing methods that complement the graphic design and overall project aesthetic.

  • Conduct quality checks and oversee the production process to ensure that graphic elements are executed flawlessly, adhering to design specifications and project timelines.

  • Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table, pushing the boundaries of graphic design in spatial and exhibition contexts.

Location : Saudi Arabia

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive work culture.

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
