2025, Built Right. Built Forward.

From specialist broadcast environments to complex residential and institutional developments, the 2025 represented a defining period of progress and delivery for SilverSeal across Singapore. It was a year marked by meaningful milestones, technical breadth, and the successful execution of projects spanning multiple sectors.

We delivered several major works, including the MSS Broadcast Studio, a fully designed and built, industry grade acoustic recording studio engineered to meet professional broadcast and sound performance standards. We also broke ground on 40SA, a full construction of a four-storey detached private residence, thoughtfully designed to integrate highly specialised lifestyle spaces such as a cigar room, pickleball court, dedicated home cinema, and a golf simulator.

Our institutional and large scale project portfolio continued to grow with works at Mandai Rainforest Resort, where we erected customised auxiliary metal support structures and custom retractable shelters tailored to the project’s unique architectural and environmental requirements. At the NESST Tukang Dormitory, the Ministry of Manpower’s first purpose built dormitory, we completed the interior fit out of a facility housing over 2,400 beds, contributing to a benchmark development in worker accommodation.

We also designed and fabricated the New Science Centre Showcase, a purpose built permanent exhibition for Singapore’s new state of the art Science Centre Singapore, delivering a durable and refined exhibition environment aligned with the Centre’s long-term vision for education and public engagement.

We close the year having completed 28 projects, carrying strong momentum into 2026. With clarity of direction and a growing portfolio of technically demanding work, SilverSeal remains committed to building with integrity, precision, and purpose. project by project, detail by detail.
