When the client approached us with their newly developed property, their vision was to elevate the home beyond its original design, exploring opportunities to enhance the sense of space, improve functionality, and introduce a more refined level of luxury throughout.

The residence already possessed several distinctive architectural features, including an impressive double volume living room that creates a dramatic sense of openness and scale, as well as a dedicated industrial style cooking area designed for more intensive culinary use.

 

Building upon these foundations, our approach focused on maximising the property's spatial potential while introducing carefully considered materials, detailing, lighting, and bespoke elements to create a home that feels sophisticated, expansive, and distinctly tailored to the client's lifestyle.
