About 

Nestled in the heart of Singapore’s east, 40SA is an exquisite bespoke residence that exemplifies luxury living and architectural precision. This private home features a state-of-the-art pickleball court within its basement, complemented by a home theatre, karaoke lounge, and an elegantly appointed wine cellar.

 

For this project, SilverSeal D&C collaborated with Park Associates as the Architects and Ramboll as the appointed Civil & Structural Engineers, working closely together to bring the client’s vision to life through thoughtful design integration, meticulous detailing, and seamless execution across all stages of development.
