Spencer is an accomplished business and project leader with three decades of experience spanning experiential design, international exhibitions, corporate management and large-scale project delivery.

 

During his leadership roles at industry titans, Spencer spearheaded multidisciplinary design, project and marketing teams across Singapore, the Middle East, China, Korea, Italy, Kazakhstan and Malaysia. He played a pivotal role in securing and overseeing multiple nationally significant projects, including multiple pavilions at Dubai World Expo 2020; the Shanghai World Expo 2010, Yeosu World Expo 2012 and Milan World Expo 2015; and the Astana World Expo 2017.

 

These prestigious commissions required Spencer to translate national identities into memorable visitor experiences while balancing creative ambition, technical delivery, commercial performance and demanding international timelines. His leadership extended from business development and tender strategy to design-team supervision, project oversight, budgeting and stakeholder management.

 

Beyond the events industry, Spencer has managed airport fit-outs, public-sector maintenance programmes and diverse commercial developments. He has built operations from the ground up, established a production facility, expanded teams to more than 100 employees and consistently delivered strong business performance.
